Lucknow Children’s Home—Lucknow, India The Lucknow Children’s Home in Lucknow, India believes that education is the key to establishing life-skills training for the orphans in that region of India. Education is absolutely essential for the future success of their children. Lucknow Children’s Home combines both an orphanage and a boarding school concept. Approximately half of the children are from good homes whose families live in very remote areas of India with no feasible education available. The other half of the students are orphans and street children from the city of Lucknow, a city of 2,000,000 people. This is a live-learn school program, and is radically changing the lives and futures of these children.      Return to Projects
